At Foundation Surgical Hospital, we encourage visitors as an important
part of making your stay as comfortable as possible. Visiting hours are limited only at those times when patients are
receiving special services. Typically, once the patient has returned to the PACU II area or is resting comfortably in a
patient guest room, visitors are welcome. Should you prefer not to have visitors, we will respect those wishes. We
encourage you to let your visitors know when you would like to see them and when you prefer to rest. Visitors with
infectious diseases, particularly upper respiratory infections, should not visit post-operative patients. We can
supply masks and other protective equipment for short visits. If your visitor does have symptoms of an infection,
please consult the nurse for advice regarding visitation.
Foundation Surgical Hospital is conveniently located in Bellaire, Texas.
A parking garage is located north of the hospital to provide easy access for our visitors. For hospital parking, turn right
on Terminal Street. For Medical Tower parking, turn right on Lehigh Street. Valet services are complimentary for guests and
visitors from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Free parking is available in the hospital's parking lots for both patients
and visitors. The hospital cannot be responsible for theft or damage to items left in your vehicle. Please refrain
from leaving valuables in your car.
From Highway 59 going North:
Exit Chimney Rock and turn right onto Chimney Rock Road. Turn left onto Westpark Drive, take
it to the feeder road of 610. Turn right onto the 610 feeder road and Foundation Surgical Hospital is located on the right.
From Highway 59 going South:
Exit Newcastle and turn left onto Newcastle Drive under Highway 59. Turn right onto Westpark
Drive, take it to the feeder road of 610 and Foundation Surgical Hospital is locate on the right.
From 610 going South:
Exit Richmond/Hidalgo and take it to Post Oak Boulevard. Turn left onto Post Oak. Once you
cross Westpark Drive, Post Oak Drive turns into the 610 feeder road. Foundation Surgical Hospital will be on your right.
From 610 going North:
Exit Westpark Drive and make a u-turn to go south on the 610 feeder road. Foundation Surgical
Hospital will be on your right.
