Stuart Weil graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas before earning his M.D. from the
University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He performed his residencies at the Good Samaritan Hospital, the University of Cincinnati Medical
Center, Children’s Hospital Medical Center and The Christ Hospital, all located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Weil is certified by the American Board
of Neurological Surgeons and is licensed to practice medicine in Texas.
He is an assistant clinical professor of neurosurgery at the Baylor College of Medicine. In addition, he was named in the Guide
to Top Doctors published by the Center for the Study of Services. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Weil has hospital privileges at St. Luke's Epsicopal Hospital, the Methodist Hospital, Hermann Memorial Southwest Hospital
and Texas Children's Hospital. He is a past chief of the Division of Neurosurgery at Hermann Memorial Southwest Hospital.
Dr. Weil’s professional memberships include the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological
Surgeons, the Texas Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Texas Medical Association, the Joint Section on Tumors, the Joint Section on Spine
